Death of the Party-Wayne Howard-1978

Often comic book artists start out by aping other comic book artists whose work they admire. In time they develop their own style. One of the complaints often heard about Wayne Howard was that he never learned from his former boss Wally Wood but rather just kept imitating him! Not true, however, as one can see in this sometimes striking 1978 tale. Here Howard presents avery different style.

Thanks for posting the whole story - these 70s' horror comics always are entertaining. I miss the genre, told and illustrated in this style, along with the assumption that an entire story could be told in one comic.
